A HOME FOR COMPASSIONATE END OF LIFE CARE

Journey Home will provide a nurturing environment and community for those nearing the end of life. Residents will receive compassionate loving care from staff and volunteers committed to supporting people in the dying process. The Board is currently looking for a suitable house.
